Reliance Care Solutions was founded in Toledo by clinicians and direct support professionals who watched too many Ohio families fight paperwork instead of focusing on their loved ones. One short call with a real coordinator - not a call center. We listen first, then explain which DODD waiver, Medicaid path, or Private Pay option actually fits.

We come to your home, hospital room, or favorite coffee shop. You meet the person who will coordinate your care. Bring questions. Bring family. Bring nothing at all.

Routines, preferences, sensory needs, faith, food, sleep schedule - it all goes into a person-centered plan reviewed by our on-call RN before any shift starts.

You approve the match. BCI and federal background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified, and trained in Positive Behavior Supports before they ever walk through your door.

Crisis Prevention Institute training in non-violent crisis intervention. Every direct-care staff member completes this before any DODD shift.
PFS / Pro-ACT trained
Physical and First-aid Safety plus Professional Assault Crisis Training, so caregivers can keep everyone safe during a behavioral escalation.
Ohio Medication Admin
Category I, II, and III medication administration certifications, paired with quarterly competency checks led by our on-call RN.
Annual MUI & HIPAA
Mandatory Unusual Incident reporting and HIPAA Privacy training every year, not just at hire, so documentation never slips.
CPR + First Aid (AHA)
American Heart Association BLS for every staff member, refreshed every two years. Skills aren't checked off a list. They're tested.
Positive Behavior Supports
Our named specialty. Caregivers trained in PBS frameworks so behavior plans are proactive, person-centered, and dignified - not reactive.
RN supervised
An on-call Registered Nurse reviews every care plan and is available 24/7 for clinical questions from caregivers, families, and SSAs.
BCI + Federal background checks
BCI, FBI, abuser registry, OIG exclusion, and motor vehicle record checks. Repeated on schedule, not just at hire.
Credentials reflect our standard training program. Specific certifications held by an individual caregiver are documented in their personnel file and available to county SSAs and case managers on request.
