By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on any of our intake or contact forms, you consent to receive text messages from Reliance Care Solutions regarding care coordination, scheduling, and service updates.
Consent is not required as a condition of receiving care or services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
You can also opt in by texting START to a number we have provided, or by verbally confirming consent with a coordinator during intake.
Supported messaging use cases
- Care coordination: Updates from your assigned coordinator about schedules, caregiver assignments, and plan changes.
- Appointment scheduling: Reminders, confirmations, and rescheduling for in-home visits and assessments.
- Intake follow-up: Status updates while we process paperwork, verify insurance or waiver eligibility, and finalize service start dates.
- Service updates: Time-sensitive notifications relevant to the care you have requested (for example, a caregiver running late or a schedule change).
We do not send promotional or marketing messages to people who have opted in only for care coordination purposes.
STOP, HELP, and opt-out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts.
Reply START to opt back in after previously opting out.

Message frequency: Varies based on your care plan and intake status. Most people receive a handful of messages per week. Active intake periods may include more.
Cost: Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Reliance Care Solutions does not charge for text messages, but your wireless carrier may.
Supported carriers: Messages are delivered through major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy and data sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Information sharing with subcontractors that support our services (for example, our messaging delivery and CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel and Twilio) is permitted, and those parties are bound by written agreements to keep your data confidential and to use it only to deliver the messages you have requested.
