How families pay

Clear ways to fund the Youth Program.

We standardized the list so you know exactly where you stand before the first call ends.

IO Waiver

Individual Options waiver through DODD.

Level One Waiver

Annual caps for personal care, respite, and transportation.

SELF Waiver

Family-directed care for participants who want flexibility.

County DD Local Funds

Approved by your county DD board.

Private Pay

Direct family payment with flexible hours and scope.

How it works

Four steps from first call to first shift.

  1. 01

    Reach out

Call or request a callback. A real coordinator answers, not a phone tree.

  2. 02

    Eligibility and waiver review

We confirm your child's waiver authorization and what services are covered.

  3. 03

    Match and start plan

You meet the DSP before the first shift. The plan is written with you, not at you.

  4. 04

    Ongoing family updates

Weekly check-ins, real notes after each shift, and a coordinator you can text directly.

Note. Our 48 hour caregiver match guarantee applies to personal care clients. Waiver clients follow the timeline set by your case manager and authorization.

Community and culture

The Youth Program plugs into the rest of Reliance life.

Outings to the Toledo Metroparks, monthly family nights, and seasonal group activities are part of how our team builds trust with the kids we serve. The youth program is not a side service. It is part of the family.
